There was much rain during the night and early morning as Bonnie finished passing through, a couple of tornado warnings for some nearby counties. Next is Charley which we in eastern NC are expecting to feel over the weekend, and I see that it's been upgraded to a level 4 so it's gonna be a mess. My wife noticed on one of the weather channels that there's 4 more out there and presumably working their way up.

Looks like a busy 'cane season this year.

Well...the first two weeks of August is my family's time to go to Sanibel Island, FL...you know...the island off the coast of Fort Meyers? Needless to say...Mom and dad are coming back tomorrow and they weathered the storm very well...
